This role bridges technical applications and business development, supporting our efforts in promoting Terahertz based Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) & imaging solutions to diverse industries including Aerospace Composites, Automotive, Oil & Gas, and Research Institutions. You will work closely with both technical and commercial teams, assisting in customer interactions, application demonstrations, and solution development while learning how to drive business growth in a niche high-technology field.
Responsibilities:

• Support pre-sales activities including technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-ofconcept (POC) testing for customers.
• Assist in identifying and developing new application opportunities for Terahertz technology across various industries.
• Collaborate with the R&D and technical teams to understand customer requirements and prepare tailored solutions.
• Participate in exhibitions, seminars, customer visits and webinars to promote TeraLumen’s solutions.
• Help prepare technical proposals, quotations, and documentation under guidance from senior team members.
• Maintain and update customer interaction records in CRM tools.
• Learn and support market research activities to identify potential sectors and clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Physics, Photonics, or related fields.
• 3–6 years of experience in application engineering, technical support, or business development in B2B (project sales experience in scientific instrumentation or NDT is a plus).
• Strong interest in emerging technologies and industrial applications.
• Good communication and presentation skills to interact with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits, demonstrations, and events.

The role involves managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, funding support, and audit coordination while ensuring full compliance with GST, Income Tax, and Companies Act regulations. The manager will also develop internal control systems, support ISO 9001/13485 documentation, and contribute to strategic financial planning across R&D, manufacturing, and project operations. This position plays a key role in driving financial integrity, transparency, and efficiency across the organization.

Responsibilities:

•  Prepare and maintain monthly MIS, budgets, and financial statements as per statutory norms.
•  Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act requirements.
•  Coordinate statutory, internal, and cost audits and close observations on time.
•  Lead annual budgeting and forecasting; monitor variances and recommend corrective actions.
•  Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost efficiency across departments.
•  Support management in funding, financial planning, and investor reporting.
•  Implement and maintain Tally ERP and internal control systems.
• Drive process automation and improve financial data accuracy and transparency.

Job Description:

• Design and develop electronic systems and sub-systems for a variety of applications

• Create, simulate, and analyze analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit designs

• Perform rigorous testing, troubleshooting, and validation of circuit performance and system functionality

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and alignment with project goals

• Prepare detailed technical documentation including schematics, BOMs, test reports, and design reviews

• Stay tuned of emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends to drive innovation and maintain technical excellence

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline

• Proven experience in circuit design, analysis, and validation (analog, digital, mixed-signal)

• Proficiency with EDA tools (e.g., Altium Designer, KiCad, OrCAD, LTspice, Multisim, Fusion)

• Strong knowledge of measurement instruments and lab testing procedures (oscilloscopes, signal generators, etc.)

• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex hardware issues independently

• Excellent communication skills and ability to generate comprehensive technical reports
